Using the helpful Trionictuning.com forum, the "combi adapter" and countless hours of researching, I've been progressing the engine management tuning weekend by weekend. Below is the Trionic generated dyno graph...I've never done a real dyno to compare to but the Saab software seems to do a decent job at calculating torque.
Even after moving to the green Bosch injectors, I've found that EGTs at 1700f limit full, sustained throttle peak power to about 290hp before it seems the 5 cm2 TD04-HL turbocharger turbine housing chokes flow.
Below is the final Trionic dyno graph for the tune I consider 'done' : 287hp and 325ft-lbs.
